These uplifting, spiritual, and hopeful recovery messages I share with myself and others are awesome. And the books I read through to find the basis for them fill me with good stuff. But where the rubber meets the road, how my life truly gets so much better, is by living the words – easier said than done. But day by day, week by week, month by month and year by year I live these words more often, diligently applying them to each moment of each day. And by doing so I receive the ultimate gift… ILML!
