Continuous. Daily. I might add that being consistent, diligent and spending time each day flooding my mind, body and spirit with love, and reminding myself to carry that love out into the world in all my affairs, has resulted in this quote from the 12&12 coming true for me: “we have been rocketed into a fourth dimension of existence of which we had not even dreamed.” ILML!
