I can’t repair something which I don’t know is broken. I can’t help to heal a wound I’m unaware of. And I can’t become a better person if I don’t know what changes I need to make to accomplish that. The more searching & fearless I am, the better chance I have of repairing relationships, healing myself, and growing into a better me. Journaling opens the door to all the increased goodness that awaits me. The more I work it, the more it works, and the more ILML!
