I find myself so easily grabbing on to negative thoughts and holding onto them for hours at a time. As a sober, recovering man that works the program, this cannot happen. Been thinking negative thoughts? It’s time to turn back to the basics. Reconnect with the program and reconnect with my higher power. Through helping others, gratitude lists, and spiritual readings, I can change the negative thinking into positive energy. This is what the program does for me, opens my life up to abundance through a change of perception. The sky is the limit with positive thinking and the program gives this to me on a daily basis.
